What to do if my Imogen Studio Camera only shows still images

 

+CAM and +CAM Pro are wireless cameras that lets you monitor your children and home and anytime, anywhere. However, if your Imogen Studio camera is producing still images error, follow the steps below to fix the issue:

 

 

Make sure that the Wi-Fi switch on the rear of the camera is firmly OFF (see screenshot).

 

 

Restore the +CAM's original factory settings by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds using a pin or paperclip.

 

 

Since you reset the +CAM to factory defaults, you will need to set up the camera again.
