What to do if the connection between my smart phone and +CAM is lost during the setup process
If you lose connection between your mobile device and your camera during set up, you will get a message like the one on the screenshot:
Unplug the camera and wait for one minute. Then, plug the camera back in and start the set up process over. If you have received this message more than once, you should move the camera into the same room as the router and reset your router before repeating the set up process.
