iSecurity+ App shows "+Cam detected" but not connected

 

 

Step 1:

Make sure that the Wi-Fi switch on the back of the +CAM is firmly in the OFF position

 

 

NOTE:  To ensure that the switch is OFF, the Wi-Fi Setup LED on the top-most column of the three lights should also be OFF.

 

Step 2:

The two lights on the back of the camera should be solid green.  If the middle light is orange, the camera is "offline" and not connected to the camera.
