How to update and change your billing information/ Recurring payment suspended

Did you receive a Recurring Payment Suspended notice?

 

Some of our customers have a recurring payment taken out monthly by Paypal.  Paypal tries to charge the account on approximately the same day each month.   if the payment does not go through ( this can be do to a change in credit card, billing information needing to be updated or insufficient funds ect. Paypal tries as a courtesy to charge your card twice more, typically over a 10 day period.  If they are unable to charge they will send you a notice that your account has been suspended and your camera will no longer record.

To fix this:

1. Contact Paypal and update your billing information

2.  Go to your accounts tab on the website and start a new motion detection recording service for the camera because the original one has been cancelled when it was suspended.
