Can I sign into the same user account simultaneously with different devices?

 


You can sign on with the same User ID on one mobile app and one PC web app at the same time.

You cannot sign in with the same User ID with multiple PCs or smartphones at the same time for privacy issue.  If you are signed into the phone app for example, and an authorized user tries to sign in at the same time, the first person will be kicked off the app.  To avoid this, instead of two people sharing the same user name and password (like a husband/wife, for example) have the second person invited as a friend so that you can view the camera at the same time.
