Data unavailable error when trying to take a picture or record a video from the app
If you are using an iOS® device running on iOS® 6.0 or above, you might encounter a "Data unavailable" error message while trying to use your the iSecurity+app with your iPhone. This means that the photo or video you take with the iSecurity+app is not showing up in your device's photo library.
When you set up theiSecurity+app on your phone for the first time, your permission will be asked for the iSecurity+app to access your photo library. Tap "OK" to accept or "Don't Allow" to decline.
If you decline, the iSecurity+ app will not be allow you take pictures or video from inside the app will not be able to save pictures or videos. Thus, you will need to manually configure your settings to allow your NetCam to access your picture library. Follow the instructions below to learn how:
Go to the Settings menu on your iPhone:
Tap the "Photos" section
Turn iSecurity+ app from "Off" to "On"
